Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clicked. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clicked. By using Clicked, you represent that you are at least 18, that you are legally able to enter into these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

2. What Clicked Does

Clicked is a missed-connections app that helps users discover potential connections based on shared public places and overlapping time windows. The app may use location data while tracking is enabled to provide timeline, place, match, connection, and chat features.

Clicked does not guarantee that any match, overlap, visit, or suggested connection is perfectly accurate or that another user will respond, accept a request, or be compatible with you.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile respectful and lawful.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or exploit another person.
• Use Clicked to identify, monitor, or track a person without consent.
• Post false, misleading, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass privacy, safety, rate-limit, moderation, or security controls.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or its systems.

5. Location, Privacy, and Safety

Clicked relies on trust-sensitive location features. You agree to use them responsibly and only for lawful, respectful social connection. You may start or stop tracking in the app and manage device permissions through your device settings.

Private zones are intended to help protect sensitive places. They are not a guarantee that no location data will ever be processed by your device, operating system, map provider, network provider, or other third parties.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Clicked, such as photos, profile text, messages, and reports. You grant Clicked a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the app.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights needed to provide it.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, restrict accounts, or delete accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for others, abused the service, or caused legal or security concerns.

We may retain certain safety, report, block, audit, or legal records after account deletion where needed for safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

8. Paid Features

Clicked may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If paid features are offered, additional terms and app-store payment rules may apply.

9. Third-Party Services

Clicked may rely on third-party services such as app stores, authentication providers, email providers, maps/geocoding providers, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and notification providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

Clicked is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate. Location, visit, venue, and matching features can be incomplete or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicked will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

12. Termination

You may stop using Clicked at any time. You can delete your account in the app or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Clicked will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
